Have you seen a yellow fish?
Storm drains around Lethbridge are marked with a yellow fish as a reminder that they are only for rainwater. These yellow fish are part of the Yellow Fish Road Program, which is hosted by Freshwater Conservation Canada. You can be part of protecting stormwater in your neighbourhood – click here to download the program guide and sign up below!
Yellow Fish Road is part of the Verdant Quest! By painting a yellow fish, you can earn your Shorekeeper Badge.

Find more resources about water conservation, including educational videos, and a list of children’s library books.
Thank you to Cloverdale Paint and the City of Lethbridge for supporting the Yellow Fish Road program!
